  • WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – Enables the app to save recovered or processed media files to your device’s local storage.
  • Bind Notification Listener Service – required to detect incoming and deleted notifications/messages in order to recover them.
    This permission is essential for the app to deliver its main feature — recovering deleted messages. We do not use this permission to read or collect personal information.

Note: The app does not collect, store, or share any personal data from these permissions with third parties. The app only accesses notification data and local device storage necessary for its core functionality. It does not read message content directly from other apps or servers.

Log Data

If the app encounters an error or crash, diagnostic data may be collected through trusted third-party tools such as Firebase. This data may include your device model, operating system version, IP address, app configuration, and the time/date of the issue. This information helps us identify and fix problems efficiently.
